PP58 – MDS Saves The Day {Again!}

Today, The Paper Players Challenge is ‘School Daze’.  Yikes!  Just when I think I have everything.  Since I don’t have school-aged children or grandchildren (still waiting!), I didn’t have anything in my stash for this theme except for Berry Blossoms DSP, which has a nice design with apples.  What do you do when you need something QUICK?  MDS (My Digital Studio) to the rescue!  I downloaded School Lines Stamp Brush Set, and paired with Enjoy Every Moment and All in the Family Stamp Brush Sets (both are included with the MDS Software), I came up with a nice back-to-school card:

Isn’t this a fun card?  And so simple!

I used a dab of Crystal Effects (my new addiction for that extra pizzazz!) on the apple and the label “brads”.

SUPPLIES:  MDS Software (118108);  Paper:  MDS Berry Blossoms download, pattern #8 (123142), Whisper White (100730), Lucky Limeade (122926) and Calypso Coral (122925);  MDS Brush Sets:  All in the Family (included with MDS Software), Enjoy Every Moment (included with MDS Software) and MDS School Lines download (127427);  Stampin’ Write Markers:  Calypso Coral (123002 – All five 2011-2013 In Color Assortment) and Basic Black (100082);  Tools:  Modern Label Punch (119849);  Finishing Touches:  Old Olive 5/8″ Grosgrain Ribbon (retired – substitute 5/8″ satin ribbon 117292), Crystal Effects (101055) and Regals Designer Buttons (119744)
