Mother’s Day Set

These projects were created by my friend and team member, Penny Nichols, aka Sierra Stampin!   I was so in love with her Mother’s Day card when she posted it a while back, but this week she added the gift card holder to make a matching set for her Mother-in-Law for Mother’s Day and I just had to ask her if I could share them with you today, and also introduce her to you.  I know that you will love them as much as I do!

Penny Nichols Mother's Day Set

I love the coordinated set!  The colors are fabulous; there’s just something about dark blue, yellow and white, that’s just so fresh and appealing.

I loved the card when I first saw it.  The details show the love that she puts into her cards.  The coordinating envelope with the subtle stamping on the flap (see first photo) is such a beautiful way to present this lovely card.  CLICK HERE to see Penny’s post on the card and how she made it.

And then I saw the gift card that she made to complete the set!  Wow!  Again, her attention to detail is amazing.  I love the inside pocket for the gift card, and the big pretty bow on the front.  It’s like a beautiful tri-fold wallet.  CLICK HERE to see Penny’s post on the gift card holder and complete set.

It’s not surprising that her Mother-in-Law adores her!   I do, too!

Please visit Penny’s blog, Sierra Stampin’, via one of the links above to see how she made the card and gift card holder, and be sure to leave her a comment!   And while you’re there, scroll back through her posts…  she has the most adorble card with a bird house that I am crazy about and you’ve got to see that one, too!

Thanks for sharing, Penny!

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend, and lots of time to be creative!
