Man-Card Alert!

This is not at all the card that I went in my craft room to make.  Not at all.  The second I saw the graph paper in the Moonlight Paper Stack, the card began its life.  This card was created based on this week’s sketch for the challenge at Freshly Made Sketches and it was made for us by the super sweet and extremely talented ‘Clean Team’ Designer, Jen Brum.

I think that the holes make this a little more interesting for a guy.  Just use your paper piercing template and paper piercing tool to mark where you want the holes cut.  I used my Crop-a-Dile to make these.  The gray circles were cut with a regular paper hole punch.

Using Crystal Effects on the closely cropped words make them bolder and more of a statement!

I hope you’ve enjoyed today’s card, and I know you’ll love what the ‘Clean Team’ at Freshly Made Sketches has created to inspire you this week!  I hope we see you in the gallery this week!

There are so many fun elements on this card! I love the colors you’ve used and that DSP is perfect for a masculine card, but I think my favorite element is the punched holes – so clever!

Totally fantastic Cindy. I don’t know why but I think the holes and the dots really make this man-card click!

This is a great card, and yes, manly!!!! Love the candy dots and cropped circles for interest, it softens the precision of the graph print. And the chevron ribbon….awesome!
