FMS249 – Botanical Builder Framelits

It’s so easy to make a quick card with a great set of Framelits, and with Botanical Builders Framelits there are endless ways to use them.  This week’s sketch for the challenge at Freshly Made Sketches is by our creative and inspirational designer, Linda Callahan, is sure to inspire you.  It was perfect inspiration for me to use my Botanical Builders.

FMS248-Botanical-BuildersFor this card, I simply arranged some die cut flowers and leaves on a piece of woodgrain embossed and smoky slate sponged white card stock.  I used Candy Dots, a Candy Dot Brad and rhinestones for the flower centers and I added some Wink of Stella to random flower parts.  The sentiment, from Sheltering Tree stamp set, is stamped on white and then “shadowed” with a piece of Smoky Slate card stock.FMS248-Botanical-Builders-AI hope you find some inspiration in Linda’s sketch and the card I designed, as well as with the Design Team cards over at Freshly Made Sketches.

FMS248 LindaI hope to see your design in our gallery this week!  In the meanwhile, Happy Stamping!

Oh wow! These flowers are the prettiest I have seen with these dies! The two toned flowers are fabulous Cindy and the richness of the purple is wonderful combined with the yellow!

This is gorgeous Cindy! I love how you created such a beautiful cascade of flowers. The WOS makes those smaller flowers really stand out. And the embossed background is fabulous too!
