It’s time to be inspired by another great sketch by Pretty Pals designer, Margaret Moody, for this week’s Pals Paper Arts Challenge. I think you’ll agree that this is another one of Margaret’s best sketches.
This sketch is so pretty without adding anything, so I stayed true to the sketch and didn’t add many accessories.
- The colors are Island Indigo, Baja Breeze and Rich Razzleberry, again taken from the Color Coach combinations
- The stamp sets are Mixed Bunch and Happiest Birthday Wishes, both stamped with Rich Razzleberry Classic Ink
- The texture was created with the Square Lattice Embossing Folder
- The left border was cut with the Edgelits Adorning Accents
- The finishing touches are Island Indigo Ruffled Ribbon and an Antique Brad
I hope you’ll visit Pals Papers Arts to see what the rest of the Design Team has created to inspire you. They’ve proven that a beautiful sketch like this one makes it easy to create a beautiful, but simple card. Please join us and upload your creation based on Margaret’s sketch.
Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by!

That’s a terrific color combo. Love the texture of the embossed layer behind the flower.

Great color palette. I love the design elements as well. I wasn’t fond of this stamp set at first, but you and Margaret are quickly changing my mind!

That Rich Razzleberry flower “pops” on the blue! It’s such a pretty card as yours always are.
