Pals Paper Arts is back from the Holiday break! Yay! And we’re jumping right in with a fabulous color challenge. When you take a look at the projects that the Design Team has created for you, I think you’ll agree that you can’t go wrong with these colors.

I went ultra-feminine with my design:

I love the way that the Lace Ribbon Border Punch looks with ribbon woven through it, so I cut Not Quite Navy cardstock to tie in with the mat and the stamped image from a set that will be offered in the Sale-a-Bration catalog, Fresh Vintage Stamp Set. The ribbon is Baja Breeze 3/8″ Seam Binding Ribbon. For a final feminine touch, I added Basic Pearls in the corners and on the ribbon.
I hope you were inspired by today’s card! It’s simple, sweet, quick, and best of all, you can stamp any sentiment inside as the need arises. Keep a set of these on hand!
SUPPLIES: Paper: Very Vanilla, Not Quiet Navy and Baja Breeze; Stamp Set: Fresh Vintage (Sale-a-Bration set); Ink: Not Quiet Navy; Tools: Lace Ribbon Border Punch; Finishing Touches: Basic Pearls and Baja Breeze 3/8″ Seam Binding.

Leave it to you to come up with something to make me like the lace ribbon border punch! It has always felt too “modern” for my personal taste–but I LOVE the ribbon woven thru it! Very nice card!
