I couldn’t hardly wait to play with some of the New Stampin’ Up! Digital Downloads released this week! My favorites of the new digital releases are Wintergreen DSP and the Home for the Holidays Ensemble. I did a little (very little) printing and I made this adorabe and quick hybrid card:

I love making hybrid cards! This particular card is so easy and so inexpensive to make. The Wintergreen DSP background, trees, house and large snowdrift were all printed on one sheet of Whisper White cardstock and then fussy-cut. I love the 3 dimensional effect when it’s fussy-cut and then popped with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I layered the picture on Chocolate Chip and Always Artichoke. With just a simple knotted Baja Breeze Seam Binding Ribbon, a sentiment from Bells & Boughs stamp set cropped with the Decorative Label punch and a little Dazzling Diamonds Glitter, it’s an adorable and welcoming scene.

Hi Cindy! You have inspired me to get my downloads installed and use this set! I love how you used the digital to make a 3-D card, because I don’t like flat-printed cards anymore! Thanks!
